Biography

My research is focused on work and gender. I am interested in millennial women’s work experiences and their participation in "non-traditional" work as well as motherhood experiences and the domestic sphere alongside paid labor and work. My research contextualizes how work experiences shape identity, create meaning and how they fit into or challenge larger cultural narratives. I am also interested in the stories of organizational cultures and employee experiences within start-ups and millennial founded small businesses.
