Stefanie Rothstein is a doctoral student at the University of Minnesota–Twin Cities, where her research and practice focus on leadership, community engagement, and systems-level change. She serves in a leadership capacity emphasizing place-based initiatives and community-centered solution-finding, working to strengthen connections between institutions and the communities they serve. Stefanie’s experience includes applying collective impact frameworks to drive collaborative, cross-sector partnerships that advance equitable and sustainable outcomes. Through her work, she seeks to foster innovative, inclusive approaches to leadership that build capacity for long-term, community-driven transformation.
