As a scholar-practitioner in organization development, I leverage a multidisciplinary approach, drawing on diverse theories to address real-world challenges in this field. With a robust background as an auditor for the Ministry of Finance, Republic of Indonesia, I have consistently applied a broad range of perspectives—including economics, business and management, psychology, and risk management—in my work. Currently, my research focuses on multilevel agility, the ability of individuals, groups, and organizations to not only adapt but thrive in dynamic environments. Through a self-design lens, I explore how organizations can align their strategies to foster agility, all while navigating the complex, ever-evolving organizational landscape.
