After working in higher education for the past 15 years, I decided to start my PhD program as part of the LIIE cohort in 2020 to delve deeper into my areas of primary research interest, including examining the impacts of our diversity and inclusion efforts for international learners. Through my research, I am hoping to help college and university leaders better understand their campus communities, allowing for the development and implementation of more effective diversity programming.
I currently serve as Senior Director with Harvard University's Community and Campus Life team. Prior to this role, I was Executive Director of Postgraduate Medical Education at Harvard Medical School. Earlier in my time with Harvard, I worked at Harvard Business School, serving in roles focused on global operations within the MBA program and university collaborations as part of the School's online platform.
