After working in higher education for the past 15 years, I decided to start my PhD program as part of the LIIE cohort in 2020 to delve deeper into my areas of primary research interest: DEI in higher ed and inclusive leadership. Through my research, I am hoping to help college and university leaders better understand their campus communities, allowing for the development and implementation of more effective DEI initiatives.
I currently serve as Senior Director at Harvard University's Office for Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging. Prior to this role, I was Executive Director of Postgraduate Medical Education at Harvard Medical School. Earlier in my time with Harvard, I worked at Harvard Business School, serving in roles focused on global operations within the MBA program and university collaborations as part of the School's online platform.
