Jana Craft, PhD, Dean of the School of Business and Management and a tenured Full Professor of Business Administration at the State University of New York (SUNY), Brockport, is an alumna of the OLPD Human Resource Development PhD program.

      Dissertation: Mind the gap: A case study of values-based decision making in a nonprofit organization

      Jana Craft, Ph.D., is the Dean of the School of Business and Management and a tenured Full Professor of Business Administration at the State University of New York (SUNY), Brockport. She previously served as a Professor of Business Administration and Human Resource Management at Winona State University in Winona, Minnesota, where she was also the Director of Online Undergraduate Programs for the College of Business and oversaw AACSB accreditation. Dr. Craft earned her Ph.D. in Human Resource Development, with a focus on business ethics, from the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development at the University of Minnesota. She also holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in business management.
