      • Non-Western Ethical Models in Organizational Development

My academic pursuit is built on a decade of intensive, hands-on experience across both the public and private sectors, positioning me to address the most complex challenges at the intersection of technology, compliance, and human capital. I am interested in ethical focus on emerging technology in a way that accounts for varied ethical frameworks, creating a sustainable workforce in which organizations value people as the competitive advantage. This focus includes integrating varied ethical frameworks, including non-Western and professional sector models.

My military service as a Human Intelligence Collector in the U.S. Army provided me with invaluable foundational skills, including the ability to navigate cross-cultural communication and analyze the downstream impact of decisions on complex systems. This tactical background also involved specialized technical skills, such as conducting computer and cell phone forensics. These abilities directly inform my current research, allowing me to approach ethics with an understanding of diverse perspectives, data integrity, and indirect technological impact.

My professional experience is equally diverse, spanning roles at the Veteran Health Administration (VHA) and the USDA. As a former Chief Operating Officer (COO), I gained a crucial understanding of the operational challenges that firms face when navigating the complex intersection of business necessity and regulatory compliance.
