As a HRD researcher, my research focuses on how organizations can foster fulfilling, equitable, and future-ready work environments, with particular attention to hybrid work organizations, team dynamics, and AI technology adoption. In addition, I serve as a graduate instructor in the department and have taught courses in Organization Development (OLPD 3641), Training and Development (OLPD 3621), and Data Analytics (OLPD 3308).
