I am originally from Colorado and have spent time living in various parts of the U.S.. Prior to my time in OLPD, I was an academic advisor and instructor in the MLK program in the College of Liberal Arts. I am passionate about social justice and representation and identify as Queer, Latinx, a First-Generation college graduate, and come from a low-income, single-parent household. As an undergraduate student, I transferred colleges a few times and know how difficult it can be to get connected to resources and support. There are many aspects of college that are confusing and I appreciate the opportunities to demystify the college experience with students.

Outside of my role with OLPD, I enjoy traveling, manicures, and exploring the Twin Cities' food and music scenes.
