DeJaeghere delivers keynote in Korea

Joan DeJaeghere (Professor, OLPD; Director of Global Education Research, CEHD) delivered the keynote address for the 12th conference on Education and Overseas Development Aid (ODA), hosted by the Ministry of Education and Sookmyung University in Seoul, Korea, Nov. 27th.
