Ben Marcy & Michael Stebleton present at ASHE

Ben Marcy, PhD Candidate, Higher Education recently presented with Michael Stebleton, Professor of Higher Education at ASHE (Association for the Study of Higher Education), held in Minneapolis. Their paper was titled, "The Underemployment of Undergraduates: The Role of Higher Education to Address Career Readiness and Disparity."  They examined a recent report, Talent Disrupted from Lightcast and Strada Education, that found that over 50% of new college graduates were underemployed in their first job after graduation. Potential strategies and implications for higher education professionals were highlighted.
