Christopher Boldon is a doctoral student in Human Resource Development at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities' Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development.

        Christopher Boldon is a Ph.D. candidate in the OLPD Human Resource Development track. His research examines empathy's relationship to training effectiveness and its role in sexual harassment prevention training, with a particular focus on using technology to investigate empathy in healthcare organizations. As Director of Workforce Data Management at the University of Minnesota, he leads teams responsible for people analytics, workforce data management and quality, and HR systems training for all University employees. His professional and academic work intersect around ethical and employee-centered applications of HR technology, learning analytics, and organizational empathy.
