I have been studying at the University of Minnesota for 10 years. After I obtain my Bachelor's degree in computer science, I realized the gaps between school and real-life work are huge. Thus, I decided to pursue a Master's in HRD to help me understand how to elevate employee performance through series of HRD interventions. I am interested in HRD phenomenons in my home country, China. I am also interested in organizational development and technologies used in training and development.
