I serve as the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs in the College of Pharmacy at the University of Minnesota, overseeing admissions, advising, career services, and student services for the Medical Lab Sciences, Occupational Therapy, and PharmD programs. Prior to joining the College of Pharmacy in 2014, I worked in admissions, town-gown relations, and academic advising at institutions in Ohio, Michigan, and Wisconsin. My current research explores the ways in which administrative leaders can cultivate collegial relationships between faculty and staff.
