My scholarly mission is to advance theory and practice in HRD. I hold a B.A. in Business Administration and HRD and an M.A. in HRD Policy from Sookmyung Women’s University in South Korea. During and after my graduate training, I worked on HRD- and workforce-related research projects with national institutions and research institutes, including studies on vocational education and workforce development programs. These experiences inform my current work as a Ph.D. student in HRD at the University of Minnesota. My research examines how technology-enabled HRD practices can support employee learning, development, and engagement at both individual and organizational levels.
