Biography

I have work experience in the long-term care industry as an executive director of assisted living communities and as an administrator of nursing home facilities. My interests include leadership, trauma experienced in the workplace, gerontology, diversity, and organizational effectiveness. I teach in the CCAPS Health Services Management program and have taught courses including Long Term Care Supports and Services, Long Term Care Quality Management and Performance Improvement, and Gerontology for Healthcare Managers.
