My research interests include place and space and how the impacts people's sense of belonging at work. I'm curious about how policy can support inclusion and belonging and create ripple effects within communities. Professionally, I strive to engage and empower students in their educational experience as countless mentors have done for me. I love spending time outside camping, hiking, gardening and cross-country skiing.
