Biography

As an Administrative Licensure Coordinator, Dr. Staloch supports aspiring leaders through their journey of growing and fulfilling licensure requirements by teaching courses, advising students and connecting them with school and district leaders. She is an educational leader with experience as a teacher, university professor, and administrator at every level of E-16 education. Dr. Staloch most recently served as Superintendent of Prior Lake-Savage Area School (2015-2022). She has been a presenter at the state and national level on topics of leadership, continuous improvement, superintendent and school board relationships, educational equity and inclusion, instructional excellence and systems-thinking. 

Dr. Staloch models learning in community and creating spaces to center the voices of students as they help school leaders, staff, families and communities to collectively create more equitable schools and systems. Dr. Staloch is excited to work with Minnesota teachers, administrators and aspiring leaders to advance student access and opportunities, improve academic outcomes and create school learning environments filled with love, hope and joy for all students and adults.
