My professional interests lean into the intersection of student engagement and success, higher education administration, and career development. As the Associate Director of Undergraduate Studies in OLPD, I guide the development of undergraduate initiatives and programs, supporting the development of instructors and graduate teaching assistants, and oversee academic advising of OLPD's undergraduate programs. Prior to this role, I served as an Academic Advisor in OLPD, a Student Success Coach with Inside Track, Inc., and served for 3.5 years in the United States Peace Corps as a Secondary Education Teaching Trainer in biological sciences in Uganda.
