With over 20 years of experience in education and more than a decade in educational leadership, my career has taken me from the classroom to the boardroom, navigating the complexities of school operations, financial management, and strategic planning across diverse educational settings in the United States and internationally. Throughout this journey, I have championed equitable access to education, fostered innovative and inclusive learning environments, and built sustainable programs that empower students and educators. My research interests focus on educator attrition and burnout, with a particular emphasis on pathways to wellbeing and happiness for educators. This work stems directly from my commitment to creating educational systems that are rooted in belonging, where everyone is seen, valued, and empowered to succeed.
