I am interested in evaluative methods and practices to understand what works best in complex, multi-sector contexts working to address real-world challenges. Specifically I focus on integrating lived experience into how we shape, form and design programs, policies and systems.

Prior to starting this program, I worked in the nonprofit and multi-sector fields utilizing participatory approaches with regenerative, narrative, integrated, and developmental practices to support innovations in systems transformation efforts in numerous contexts. I am passionate about fostering the conditions for emergence and learning from the collective, honoring multiple ways of knowing and meaning making to co-create wise actions towards a regenerative and equitable future for generations to come.
