My research focuses on the intersection of advanced technologies and human resource development, exploring how innovations like AI, generative AI, and gamification can enhance training effectiveness and support organizational growth. My work spans across various sectors, including for-profit, not-for-profit, public organizations, and higher education, with a strong emphasis on bridging the gap between theoretical frameworks and practical applications. I am particularly interested in how digital tools can empower learner autonomy and adapt training
methods to meet the diverse needs of a global workforce.

My teaching centers on creating an inclusive, dynamic, and student-centered learning environment that leverages technology to enhance engagement and learning. I design my courses to be interactive and relevant, using practical examples and real-world applications to connect theory with practice. By integrating tools like AI and gamification into my curriculum, I strive to make learning accessible and engaging for students from diverse backgrounds. I am
dedicated to supporting students' growth through personalized guidance, active mentorship, and fostering a collaborative classroom atmosphere where critical thinking and problem-solving skills are developed. My goal is to equip students with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed in a rapidly changing world, preparing them to be innovative and adaptable HRD professionals.
