I study human resource development and teach undergraduate students as a graduate instructor. I also work for the Workforce Development and Research Lab and contribute to solving various workforce challenges. Before joining the program, I worked for five years at a South Korean public company, where I developed training programs and applied various interventions to facilitate learning culture.
