Nicole Dillard named Emerging Technologies Faculty Fellow

Nicole Dillard, assistant professor of human resource development in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development, was selected to be a Faculty Fellow in the 2024-25 Emerging Technologies Faculty Fellowship Program (FFP). FFP, which includes a $5,000 award, is an 18-month program that fosters a multidisciplinary learning community focused on the discovery and effective use of generative AI in teaching practice. Dillard's focus will consider the ways that digital pedagogy techniques and practices regarding the use of generative AI tools can help instructors and students address issues of justice, equity, diversity, and inclusion (JEDI) generally, with a particular lens towards promoting organizational justice, anti-racism and anti-oppressive practices within the workplace.
