Biography

I get energy from solving complex organizational problems. Problem-solving starts and ends with empathy - for the team, for the consumer, for the organization. As a senior leader and faculty member with over a decade of progressive managerial experience, I have developed remote and in-person teams and led peer teams of 40+. I am at my best when identifying, analyzing, and solving the needs of consumers through human-centered prototypes that also meet business objectives.
