I am interested in the development of employees' socialization in organizations, particularly employees with marginalized identities. My research interests aim to highlight how our individual identities impact our integration and assimilation in organizations. My focus is from an intersectional lens as an international, first-generation student coming from a war-torn country in the Middle East.
