I have over 17 years of experience in higher education, from lab roles to instruction to administration. Over that time, my intersection with students, research, and leadership have driven my research interests in the leadership that run higher education institutions. I’m also interested in the ethics and integrity issues that occur in research and the mechanisms underlying the circumstances that lead to engaging in research misconduct. A third interest I have is in the career development of students and preparing them for a rapidly evolving workforce.
