My research interests include LGBTQIA+ people and their sense of belonging at work, how policy can support inclusion and belonging and create ripple effects within communities. Professionally, I strives to engage and empower students in their educational experience as countless mentors have done for them. I love spending time outside camping, hiking, gardening and cross-country skiing.
