Darrius Stanley, Assistant Professor and Carmen Starkson Campbell Endowed Fellow for Innovation in Teacher Development at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities' Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development has recently been awarded the 2024 American Educational Studies Association Critics Choice Book Award for "#BlackEducatorsMatter: The Experiences of Black Teachers in an Anti-Black World (Race and Education)” (Harvard Education Press, 2024).
