Biography

Karen Storm was a research associate for the Center for Early Education and the Institute for Community Integration, where she worked on an evaluation for nurse home visiting reflective practice and on Check & Connect, a national school engagement, drop-out prevention program. Previous to that Storm was a professor at Lehigh University, the University of Minnesota and the University of Utah. Storm has worked her entire career in education, starting as an elementary teacher and progressing to the university level. Her interests are program evaluation, policy-making, student engagement and drop-out prevention, and creative writing.
